Join us at Metuchen Sportsplex for a six session clinic! Over the span of six weeks you will learn from elite players and coaches including Jeff Babbitt. - Each Participant will receive an Empire disc and shirt on Day 1 of the clinic.

Dates: Monday Nights - January 2/9/23/30 & February 6/13 (Jan 16th is off)

Ages: High School (Inquire about ages outside this range - See Contact Us below)

Experience Level: Ultimate experience recommended (This is an elite learning experience)

Coaches: Jeff Babbitt and weekly Guest Coaches (NY EMPIRE Players and Coaches)

Field: Field 2 at Metuchen Sportsplex.

Prizes: Weekly prizes will be given out to participants

General Clinic Day Schedule

4:45 - Arrive 15 minutes early to find the field and get your cleats on and into playing attire.

5:00 - 5:10 - Intro’s + Warm-ups

5:10 - 5:35 - Drill + Discussion

5:35 - 5:40 - Water

5:40 - 6:00 - Small sided Scrimmage working on what we drilled and discussed,

6:00 - 6:25 - Drill 2 + Discussion 2

6:25 - 6:30 - Water

6:30 - 6:45 - Scrimmage 2

6:45 - 6:55 - Weekly Competition with prizes

6:55 - 7:00 - Wrap-up
